RE Conferences Summer/Fall/Winter 2019, where are you going?

I missed a couple big real estate conferences recently, and would like to know if you could recommend some good conferences coming up this year. Preferably Multifamily specific if possible.

Here are a few that I came across, but I can only go to about one per month. Please let me know where you're going and what other events are there.

@Yonah Weiss I only go if I'm invited as a speaker--which is the case with the Mid-Atlantic summit so I'll see you there!

    I have done the mid-atlantic and found it to be great networking and a wide variety of information with a lot of independent investors.  I also did IMN in Chicago and found it to be mainly corporate employees and not a lot of independent investors

    Thanks @Brie Schmidt. I have also found the same for the IMN. But there is usually great information, and the networking can be just as good.

    Yes, hopefully!  I hope I don’t have a scheduling conflict this time. I had to turn down five speaking opportunities at conferences this year because of scheduling conflicts.  Ugh!

    I will also be speaking at the Raising Private Money Summit in Denver, October 3rd-5th. Looking forward to that as well.

    There are several groups that have events.

    Old Capital https://www.oldcapitalconference.com/

    Brad Sumrok has a lot of events also.

    There are plenty more.

    @Lee Falkenhagen - there is a great Tue lunch meetup (MF) in Austin. And I am a Sumrok student; it has worked great for me.

    Lots of great events coming up. I'm speaking at Dave's Mid-Atlantic event and planning to attend the Northstar event with Todd Dexheimer and Raising Capital with Adam Adams.

    I believe the BP conference is in Nashville, not Memphis.

    Like you said, "too many conferences!" So it's impossible to cover all of them. I'm planning to go to Mid-Atlantic one. Review the speakers list and the intend of the conference to determine whether it makes sense to go. In terms of the IMN one, wait till 2020 as they always have one in the City around February time-frame.

    I'm excited you posted this.  I'll be at Flip Hacking Live Oct 10-13, hosted by @William Allen.  It's not multi-fam related but it still kicks butt. It'll be my 4th year and I always leave feeling like I can take on the entire world (and maybe a few ancillary planets).  But you know what makes me so sad?  THERE ARE SO MANY AWESOME CONFERENCES IN OCTOBER?  Why is this?  Why don't the other months get as much love?  I always love a change to see @Dave Van Horn speak.  Who do we need to talk to so that we can spread these puppies out??

    Thanks for sharing that Beka. I know, I really can't attend more than one event in Oct. I wish they would spread all of those great events out. Almost nothing going on in November.

    MFIN - Multifamily Investor Network - Next one is in Boston, MA on Oct 5th.  They are going to a few different cities.
