Paranoid about Dog & Tenant Liability

Hello, I recently bought a Florida duplex and discovered one of my tenants owns a pitbull. I am very concerned about my liability if the dog were to bite anyone. My homeowners/liability insurance does not cover dogs so I am considering taking out a special dog liability plan. Do you think a 100k policy would be sufficient to protect my risk? Should I do anything else (besides kick the dog and owner out)? Do you have any recommendations for other companies I should investigate for liability policies (other then xinsurance.com). Thanks.
