Timeframe to receive rent rolls
Hello all! My name is Cami and I'm a newbie here and wanting to get educated on real estate investing for multifamily units and small apartment complexes. I recently requested rent rolls on a couple of properties I'm interested in but wanted to know what the average wait time is for receiving those items back are? Do owners only respond if there is an offer or will they respond without an offer? I haven't put one in yet since I want to base my initial offer off of the rent rolls.
