I have a couple of agents sending me properties daily but I am stuck at my analysis stage because I don't know what my PTI is on any property since I have no funding details in place.

I am trying to find a qualifying unit to send to private  lenders but I need to run my numbers before I submit a unit I have analyzed. Only I can get all the other expenses except my mortgage??

any ideas guys???
