Contract for Absentee Multi-Family Owners
Hello All, I'm looking for a General contract to use for Owners who are willing to do owner financing. I wanted to see if anyone has one or has any tips. Something on the lines of an agreement to pay them a certain percentage for a year or two, and then refinance to pay them out at the end of the 1 or 2 year term. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
