New investor looking to trade hard work for knowledge
Hey everyone here on BiggerPockets! My wife and I live in southern California and have one single family rental. We're interested in learning how to invest in more as well as learning more about multi-family real estate. Please feel free to reach out to us. We're not above hard work, in fact, ask my wife about her new found favorite tool "The Hilti". Anyway, we're extremely motivated to learn the ins and outs of this real estate game and would love to partner with someone that has experience.
