Need Feedback for House Hacking Calculator
Hello! I made a calculator using Google Sheets for my upcoming house hack. I just want to know: A) If it works properly; and B) If you think I should make changes to it for the betterment of my financial future. Once you click the link to my calculator, the instructions for use are on the right highlighted in red. I want to be able to use this for a duplex, triplex, SFR, or whatever I want to house hack.
I figured that if anyone would know if it is up to par, it would be you guys and gals.
