I agree with @Jose Batista Abikarram. My wife and I are in the same boat. We have $100k in cash we want to invest and I spent months educating myself before coming to the conclusion that a house hack is where we should start. It’s a powerful tool that can increase anyone’s life security. Meaning if we take risks (new job, start a business, etc) we don’t have to worry as much because we know we‘ll have a roof over our head even if other things fail. And I also think it’s perfectly fine to invest in CA without being a millionaire. Let me know if you’d like an introduction to a CA non-millionaire who has successfully house-hacked and invested more since.
