I own cash flowing rentals, Singe Family BUT have come to a cross road if I should continue up that path OR invest money in a syndication deal. Thoughts?

I don't see this as an either/or scenario. Invest in good deals. If someone you know, like, and trust presents a syndication deal you're interested in, invest. There are no rules saying you have to do one or the other. Most of my investors do a mix, as do I.
