New Member - Partnering with an Investor
I am a new member and have been researching and evaluating multi-family rental deals for a while now. I am talking with an investor now about funding 100% of the downpayment. I am wondering how you would structure a deal like this to provide the return on their investment given that this would be a longer-term investment.
