What are your goals for 2020

Some people may know me very well and know my motivation. Here are "some" of my goals for 2020. What are your goals??

Multi-Family

Minimum $100mm AUM.

Build more relationships with investors on BP:)

Help over 10000 people understand multi-family investing.

-$50M in MF volume

-Speak at 4 large live events

-Write a book

-Surround myself with at least 5 people who are doing bigger things in multifamily than I am

-Hire at least 1 full time employee

-Create enough income for my wife to leave her full time W-2

-Be the best Father, Husband, and person I can be by the grace of God

-Acquire 1000 units in 2020

-Create 1000 true fans by launching our multifamily podcast - coming soon

-Create a Youtube channel to equip investors

-Hire the right property manages for each asset we purchase this year (we self manage each asset)

I believe opportunities will come as long as I'm putting in the work. My personal goals are to continue to build a home base to passive investors through my podcast and notes. I don't have a door amount or AUM amount at this time and don't think I will base my goals just off numbers alone. Purely hoping to help as many passive investors as I can.
