Applying what you've learned

Whats up BP community. I recently listened to 3 different shows on the BP podcasts over Mobile Home parks. I didn't really know much about them until listening to the vets describe the product as well as the returns. 2 weeks after listening to those 3 podcasts I am annalyzing a deal 40 mins from my home in Norman, OK and if everything looks good I'm gonna pull the trigger. This will be my third deal since my debut in 2015. This deal had me up all night with my adrenaline pumping while listening to Brandon Turner on a 4th podcast over Mobile Homes.

How are you guys guys putting into action what you have learned?

@Dagan Flowers

As @Charles Seaman said, consistent productivity and progress. Learn, connect with others who are more experienced, develop a plan, and be consistent in taking action steps every day to achieve that plan.

Being disciplined to be consistent is key.
