Renovation 43 unit. Any recs on material bulk pricing, brands?

Looking for recommendations for bulk pricing and brands for flooring, cabinetry, low flow toilets, appliances, etc. I have a few local sources but since about 80% of the apartments need reno I wanted to throw this out to get some more options.
