I have a multi Family that has older laminate cabinets not the best quality but they are in good shape.

Instead of replacing I would love to hear options that are cost effective in refacing or redoing cabinets this have worked.

Thanks in advance for your feedback!!

I've had good luck with rustoleum cabinet transformations for cabinets and daich spread stone for countertops. Both the kitchens were done over brown oak cabinets.

Above: cabinets - rustoleum cabinet transformations in cabernet; countertop - daich spreadstone mineral select volcanic black.
Below: cabinets - rustoleum in rustic; countertop - daich 'onyx fog'

Both are 2-3 years old and holding up nicely (with good tenants)
