Student Housing Property Management - Waco, Texas

Hello,

I'm in the process of purchasing a 100+ bed  student housing complex in Waco, Texas near Baylor University. Does anyone have a solid recommendation for a property management company in the area? There seem to be quite a few, but most of their reviews are pretty bad.

I would recommend the Cromwell Co. Seems like most property managers have bad reviews but these guys can take care of you. If you’d like, I can connect you.
