Tenant Background Check Services?

Looking for a quality company or service for backgrounds on tenants, any suggestions?? We're trying to avoid the nightmare we had with our first tenant.

Check out RentPrep. I used their service 3 times this month alone. One of their package even allows you to just give them the tenant's email. RP then deals with them directly and charge them directly.
