Moving to Washington state in June (Military)
Moving from Hawaii to Washington state this summer. I’ve analyzed deals for multi family homes in Tacoma which is the area I’ll be close by. I’m 24, looking to start investing as a part time gig. I’m going to be living on base for now but until then I’ll keep my eyes open on what’s available. Anyone who’s out in the area, I would love to get something going maybe mentoring or simply chat. Tacoma is definitely hot now, but still a good multifamily market with both cash flow and appreciation plays. Lots of old, classic housing stock that you can add value to in the Hilltop and Lincoln International District neighborhoods.
