buy and hold in new jersey
hi im looking for a 3-4 unit cash flowing property in new jersey. im a new investor looking to build a large portfolio to leverage for an apartment building one day. I would like to know what are the best areas to invest in that cash flows and have a low vacancy rate in new jersey. im also open to p.a. and Maryland.
