Any Tulsa Oklahoma Multifamilies properties available?

Need help making my first deal in tulsa! Looking for a multifamily. Me nor our agent can find any potential properties. Anyone have some ideas ? Please help

@Daven Joseph multifamily in OKC is tough as well. If you identify criteria and move aggressively the moment a deal is released you've got a shot! You might be waiting for a few months, but it can absolutely happen. I almost exclusively look at off-market and it's the same in that realm as well.

@Daven Joseph Multifamily is tough in Oklahoma. I can only speak for OKC on a personal level but have friends that pursued Tulsa recently for multi and ended up abandoning ship. Are you hoping for 2-4 doors or something bigger?
