Canadian Investors Expanding to the US

Hi All,

We are Canadian investors expanding to the US. We own over 100 units in Canada and want to do the same in the United States. That being said, we always purchase properties using none of our own money through creative strategies such as Seller Financing, private loans, etc.  Do you know any financial institutions/brokers who are open to creative financing in Central and Southern Florida?
