Hey Biggerpockets community,

I am in the middle of purchasing a duplex. This will be second property ( I have a 3 family). I have about 5 months worth of reserves after the new purchase. I feel as if I am still in a good position. Does anyone feel otherwise? Note* I am in no danger of losing my job (healthcare) and as of April my tenants at first rental all paid, although 1 is known for paying a litte late time to time.

As long as you feel like it's a good deal and you can get or keep good tenants go for it. This is a temporary situation and people still need housing no matter what the economy is doing.
