Looking for a Seller Financed Investment Property in Worcester MA
I am 23 and I am trying to make a move on my first property to live in! Aiming for a Worcester MA, seller financed, owner occupied multi family. If anyone has any advice, I am all ears!

@Levi Fancher seller financing in Worcester is going to be tough without anything to use for collateral. Most of the time the seller financing we see still want 10-20% of the downpayment.
That being said you could probably find a 4 family to owner occupy using a FHA Loan. You won't need much income to qualify since the rents from the other 3 units will help with the loan but you will need a credit score above 640 to qualify.
