Apartment Loan Store

Has anyone used Apartment Loan Store as a lender for a small multifamily building?  Looking for quick reviews - how were they to work with? Any issues to note?  Are they reputable? Etc.

Note: I'm not affiliated in any way with this lender - just looking for reviews from people who have used them or have tried to use them.

As a follow up - are there other online apartment building lenders you'd recommend?
