Has anyone ever considered doing this? It's the part of the business I enjoy the least. I have a few people helping me but has anyone ever used a VA specifically for deal/neighborhood analysis?

I am looking into this now and happy to share any findings with this thread. Thanks everyone!

I don't think I would trust a VA to do it for me.
