Hi everyone, 

Syndicators buy, renovate and then sell at a profit. Syndicators and Investors with a better buy, renovation or sale have a better project. There is lots of information on BP about buying and renovating, but I'd like to get more info on the companies like Greystar, life insurance companies, REITs, and others that are the end buyer. Anyone have insights or info on this?
