Trademark Class Question

Okay... delving into trademark information and I want to make sure I understand this correctly. Trademark know-it-alls encouraged to reply.

It looks like Real Estate, in its big umbrella, falls under Class 36 - but what if I want one of my LLCs to pivot to Syndication at a later point. Does that still fall under Class 36?

Part of this class is described as relating to:
"services of realty administrators of buildings, i.e., services of letting or valuation, or financing..."

That they throw in financing at the end makes me think this one Class will cover both any Real Estate LLC and a Syndication LLC should we ever choose to pivot in that direction. Any clarification or correction is appreciated! Thanks!
