Closed!!! Duplex Zero Money Down

Today I finally closed on a duplex with zero money down $120K. Already has a tenant in one side. Once I do a few upgrades on the vacant side I should cash flow around $200. Not much but it’s a start. I want to pay it off in 15 years.

I’m exciting and nervous. Thanks for the advice everyone.

@Christian Cummings. Congratulations my friend, that sounds like an amazing deal. Are you owner occupying since its an FHA loan?
