Hard time getting investment loan
Hi Guys
Is it me or the broker just all of a sudden has gotten more restrictive?? I have my eye on a 3 unit property in CA, and now everyone wants 25% down payment, where are you can do 20% before, is anyone seeing this?
Also a lot of place are cutting their HeLOc origination and placing more restrictive guideline for people getting even a primary loan or HeLOc, how do you guys think this will Impact the market of RE???
If you can get a loan to buy RE you can’t move the fall right??
