Investing in Pittsburgh Pa

I am Interested in buying duplex/triplex in Pittsburgh area specifically Crafton and Dormont. Does anybody have experience in this area.

@Alex Montes Both solid B class areas. Property taxes a little higher than in the city so just be mindful of that when running numbers.
