How many properties can I buy?
I have been all over the internet trying to find answers to my questions. I am looking to acquire a rental property below $200k. My question is can I buy two $100k properties ? I was pre-approved for $200k and it's hard to get a multi-family in my area. So I started looking into buying 2 SFR with Just one loan application. Thanks for your input.
