Building Duplexes Financial Help Needed
I haven’t built any duplexes but I want some mortgage advice here. My thought is that I could build 10 units (5 duplexes). I could build these and have 20% equity in them. Cost would be somewhere around $900k and would be worth $1.2-ish. Could I get a 30 year loan on these with no money down since I would be building them? If so, what company should I look at? Need some help here. This is preliminary. I’m at the point of just putting this proposal together to pitch to investors
