That depends on what you mean by programs? If your asking about how to do a master lease it is a pretty simple concept but lots of legal nuances. You lease the entire building or property from the owner with the right to sublease however you want. The best thing is to discuss with a local relationship estate attorney that handles commercial deals. They will have draft copies and be able to advise you.
