New tenant is a headache after 3 weeks

Hi everyone.

So we recently moved out of our home to rent it to a family. We currently have a tenant who has lived there for over a year in the transferred garage. The new family is living in our family dwelling. The new family disconnected the cable to get her own which then left no WiFi for the other tenant. He asked her for it and she wouldn’t give him the password. Then she wanted her own mailbox bc she doesn’t want her mail in the mailbox w his. Now she is telling me there is a hole in the driveway that her mom almost twisted her ankle on. (I will fix this) We are moving out of state and I was hoping she wouldn’t be so much of a headache. Also I hope the other guy renting the side doesn’t leave bc she is a nuisance. We offered to pay his internet since she did that and it his fault. How do I get this family out? We have a one year lease. I don’t mind fixing the driveway, but it’s every couple of days she texts me. Should I hope for the best or try to get her out?
