What Multifamily Deal Analyzer is commonly used?

I am looking for a Multifamily Deal Analyzer that I can use as a guide to underwrite my deals. Eventually I will create my own underwriting system but I would like to use one as sort of a model. I heard from so many people that the top 3 deal analyzers they use are

1. Michael Blank's SDA

2. Think Multifamily Deal Analyzer

3. Touphin's Deal Analyzer.

Curious to hear what other people think and maybe get an idea of what is being used as a guide to model a future model that would be used on syndication deals.

@Brian Geiger put this on your list as well: http://adventuresincre.com It is free and offers full training on their site. A lot of reputable syndicators suggest it. I have used the SDA a lot.

I want to check into the one that @Arn Cenedella suggests as well. Rob Beardsley says it is more simple, which I am all for. Too many times we get lost in the weeds on these analyzers. Getting back to the broker with an answer, quickly, is essential.
