Advice on where to start

I have found a 22 unit apartment complex with 18 garages for sale for $1.8 million. I do not have the capital for a purchase like this but would love to get into the commercial multi family investments. What should I do to try and pursue this route?

First step is to educate yourself on the business and the market. You need to become an expert. This is a business with its own language, fundamentals and KPIs. Next step is to learn how to raise capital and secure financing. There are no shortcuts in this business you absolutely have to know what you’re doing.
