1031 Exchange Vendor Recommendations?

I'm looking into a 1031 exchange in Nashville and/or Murfreesboro are SFH or multi-family units. Anyone know a good one? Thanks.

1031 QI agents are all or almost all national so choose a well regarded one. Trying to save $2-300 here just isn’t worth it. The charges are pretty low already. Try @Dave Foster. I’m sure there are others on BP but you can click on anyone that is suggested and see how long they’ve been here and how many posts they’ve made. And check to see if the posts are mostly ads or mostly helpful info.
