What’s a creative way to connect with multi family and apartment complex investors?

1. Go to industry meetings or meetups that a multi-family investor is speaking at. Meet people there and ask for introductions

2. Meet brokers, appraisers, property managers, etc. Get to know them and then ask for introductions

3. Reach out to people on BP

4. Get lists of property owners and cold call/email them to meet with you (this will get mostly no's, but a few yeses)
