Anyone have any tips or tricks to finding motivated sellers or property owners interested in selling? How about deals off market? Recently moved to Spokane, WA and am struggling to find a deal on any sort of multifamily property.

Good luck, I broker apts in Portland and larger MF owners in Spokane are getting barraged by buyers looking for the past 3 years.  Compared to Portland (and Seattle) it looks like paradise for landlords.
