I am in the market for a 5 to 10 unit multifamily/apartment building in the Raleigh/Durham, NC area and I am looking for a steady deal flow to analyze properties so that I can buy my next rental property this year. Deaton is the go to for Triangle and that deal size. T Furlow is your man. 

Haven't seen much less than $150k/dr in Raleigh or Durham lately even in C areas, lots of demand for the area
