I toured a small multifamily this weekend! Here’s how I found it.

Along with looking for large multifamily assets, I am also looking for small JV opportunities.

I came across an off market 17 unit in Indiana. How did I find it?

I messaged the owner on a ‘for rent’ ad on Facebook! Not sure if we will go after it but it was great to tour.  

I presented it to a large sponsor who I knew would be interested in the area. Here is a pic from the weekend of me touring the property with David Toupin and Kimberly Marie!

Don’t rely only on brokers. Be creative. Implement unique ways to find deals.
