Hello BP Friends,

Im looking to Invest in Ohio. Ive done some research and Toledo grabbed my attention and so did Columbus, given that it is a University town.

Any recommendations on zip codes to stay away from? And also any lenders and realtors that you guys recommend?

Any advice and recommendations is appreciated.

@Linzey Ledesma I am an out of state investor that zeroed in on Ohio and specifically Columbus. As Marc mentioned above Columbus is growing and a college town. With that said it is very competitive and I submitted a half dozen offers before getting one accepted for a duplex. Was looking at a 4-plex yesterday morning and by evening time it was pending. Realtor wise I used Tracy Keffer with Powerhouse Columbus...good luck!
