Does anyone know of an excellent real estate broker that would be great to help us buy our first mufti-family investment? We also need a referral for a mortgage lender willing to work with less cash down then 20%. We live in Aurora, Colorado. Anyone in the Denver Metro Area would be great. I don't know if they have to local or not.
