Searching for Multi-family units (DMV area)
Hello Everyone,
I've been watching/reading/listening to YouTube, podcasts and read some investment materials over the past 4 years or so. I've decided to take a leap of faith and finally purchase a property within 3 hours driving distance of where I live. It seems like good to greats deals are flying off the MLS within 72 hours of being listed; within the parameters of NOI & net income that I'm looking for. I'm searching all of VA & MD. Im reluctant to look further out because I'm definitely a novice.
Does anyone have a recommendation when I can search for a hidden gem possibly? I’m near the 22191 zip code.
