Hello everyone, my name is Anthony I live in Cincinnati Ohio And I am trying to get on the path to start investing and I would like to start with renting single family homes and apartments just to get my feet wet but I’m a little confused on where my starting point should be and suggestions?

@Anthony Beasley Welcome to BP! Congrats you have taken the first two steps, you joined BP and you signed up for a podcast. Learn all you can, interact with as many other investors as possible. Very soon we will be able to have meetings so find a local LL group that is involved in your area. To get going you also need money save as much as you can. Learn to underwrite and evaluate deals, read books.......Managing Rental Properties by Brandon Turner is a good one. The more you know the better your chances of success. All the best!
