📈I was able to help acquire Osprey Cove North, a 236 unit apartment complex in the hot Jacksonville, NC market.
➡️Jacksonville is experiencing a large affordable housing shortage amidst a large population influx; this acquisition will help serve this market need.

Conservative projected investor returns for the 6 year project are:
✅16.9% IRR
✅16% Average Cash on Cash Return
✅104% Total Return
