Commercial Pre Approval
HI! There is a property that I am very interested in and would like to view. It has 5 housing units and some rv pads. The owners are requiring pre-approval in order to even schedule a viewing. I have never purchased a commercial property so I may wrong on everything but is it not a commercial property being over 4 units? And how can I get a commercial pre-approval when it is based on the property itself and I have no information about it? Thank you in advance for all information and advice!

@Holly Hudson - Where is the property at exactly? @George Skidis provided some great suggestions on who to check with about the pads.
Is there a specific reason you like this deal if you don't have any information on it? Also, what do you mean by 5 housing units? Do you know how much they are getting for rent and how much the parking pads would get?
Also, any pre-approval from a bank should be fine. If they are being really picky I do have some decent bank connections and would happily provide a referral.
