Selling a multifamily without listing it
I am looking to sell a house for a bigger investment outside of the country. The house is move in ready attic baseman 2 floors. Backyard. Excellent area , very safe. nothing compared to then trashy homes being sold over 500k in the area. Nothing to be done to it. The asking price will definitely be +650k. Is it best to go with cash offers, private investors or list it for higher bids?
