Commercial RE (Apt units) better strategy than SFR Flips?
Hello everyone, I'm a what can be considered a new investor but have been around since 2003 -2009 as a loan officer working for a direct lender and then worked for a broker. For the past 3 yrs I've achieved raising PM with investors as well as HML. Currently I am looking to connect with highly motivated and experienced Commercial Real Estate Brokers and Investors to help me grow and seize opportunities as I know the power of relationship building in this industry.
