6 units or could it be 2 triplexes?
Hello, I have the opportunity to purchase 2 triplexes. These were built on the same lot although different years. They do have separate addresses. Is there anyway to finance this as 2 triplexes and not having to do a commercial loan on 6 units? I'm concerned about the same lot?

No, not if they are on one parcel unless they were properly subdivided.
