Trying to get some knowledge on buying small apartments complex
Hey everyone!!! I love this group and everyone has always been helpful. I have some questions guys!! I am currently moving into a bigger home and we are fixing up our current home to rent out (family of 4+). We have some money saved up and I really want to read up on how I would go about investing in a small apartment complex/building (5-10 units). I don't think I have been looking correctly but the information I have come across has been somewhat limited. I'd like to know stuff like loan requirements, down payment amounts the basics. Any book recommendations? Any commercial brokers willing to connect? Thanks everyone !!!
